Quest Academy had its second Ofsted inspection in June 2026 and the report was published this term. Our CEO, Emily Hopkins-Hayes said: “Quest is our first school to be inspected under the new Ofsted ‘toolkit’ and the process was both developmental and challenging. It was a real pleasure to be in the school with the team during the process and the see great teamwork that reflected our shared work and values happening, just like it always is when I visit Quest. Laura, led the team with a strong commitment to accurately tell the stories of our learners and the journeys they and their families have been on prior to joining Quest and the leaps of progress they have then made with us since joining. Whilst there are always recommendations to further strengthen aspects, such as our evidence base in some areas, the inspectors could sense clearly the ambition and care staff hold for our brilliant learners.  The bar for an expected standard is high and Quest achieved this comfortably in every area, with the exception of Personal Development and Wellbeing, where they achieved a strong outcome. With the work and planning I see at Quest on each visit I make, I expect that at the point of next inspection they will have moved on even further and be pushing for even greater recognition. Well done and huge thanks, to all staff and learners for showing the inspection team what Quest is all about and what a great place to learn and grow it is, every day.”
