Quest’s Nicola Wells shortlisted for TES Headteacher of the Year!

We are delighted to announce that Nicola Wells has been shortlisted for the Headteacher of the Year category in the TES Schools Awards 2020.

Since joining the MacIntyre family as Principal of Quest 4 years ago, Nicola has shown outstanding dedication to the wellbeing and development of the young people and staff at her school. Nicola has achieved an incredible amount during this time. She has led the move form Quest’s temporary building in Nuneaton to a brand new school in Rugby and steered them through the challenges of the current pandemic.

Tes editor Ann Mroz said: "We had a record number of entries this year and the standard was very high, so all those shortlisted should be very proud: it's an extraordinary achievement to be on this shortlist. This has been one of the most difficult years in education, but – as ever – teachers continue to rise to the challenge.”

This nomination comes as no surprise as Nicola truly embodies the values of our trust. We are delighted for Nicola and look forward watching the awards in November.

The online awards will take place on Friday 13 November 2020 at 8pm
